The NIIMBL eXperience is an inclusive week-long immersion program designed to introduce you to biopharmaceutical careers. Through hands-on learning and personal interactions, you will take away a deep understanding of how the industry and federal agencies work together to develop and manufacture life-saving medicines. Plus, you will gain direct insight into education and training pathways that will help you reach your career goals! Now in its eighth year, the NIIMBL eXperience has helped students begin their career journeys by connecting them to internships at the world’s leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing companies including Merck, Genentech, and Millipore Sigma. The program is open to all college students who are U.S. citizens residing in the United States, completing their first or second year of study, and actively enrolled in a degree program.
